During the first classes, we will work on the voice and body from a technical point of view  and the proprioception. We will also explore the expressive potential, the energy, the posture and the presence of ourselves. After that, we will focus on specific aspects such as breathing and vocal expression. We will work to recognize our body. Then, we will use what we learnt to work on the script, poem or song. Each class is unique and it finishes with a team exchange and a deep reflection.  Each section is part of the following one and it has a spiraled growth.

NO MATTER if you are A SINGER, AN ACTOR/ACTRESS OR  DANCER, you can join this  classes to get new tools for your interpretation skills. Keep in mind that our aim is to build artists with knowledge about their possibilities and tools. It is a path of self-knowledge and artistic growth.
